WE KEEP IT WITH ZEST THIS WEEK…

There are many things you can do to calm down and live with “ZEST” every day. Breathe and remember the good things in your life and forgive the bad moments for a little while and enjoy.

Say to your family you love them.

Act kindly with that person you really don’t like.

Help someone.

Say how beautiful people are.

Make a bad day for someone better for just being there.




Just make someone happy…
