For practicing GRATITUDE you need to be thank full with people and with yourself. For what you have in your life.
You can always start something knew. And this is the best way you can do it.
FIRST...
Thank the people that surrounds you, just for being there with you.
SECOND...
Beggin saying "thank you" when someone gives you something and "your welcome" when someones thanks you.
And THIRD...
Thank GOD for your amazing life.
